Once again, we wish to thank all friends and members of the Lazar Khidekel Society, curators and art historians, sponsors and supporters who made 2011 a wonderful and fruitful year!

2012 started with a new solo exhibition "Lazar Markovich Khidekel - the Rediscovered Suprematist, Part 2" at Historic Landmark - The Leuenhof on Bahnhofstrasse 32, Zurich, running January 25 through April 28, 2012.

The exhibition was curated by Dorothea Strauss, Director of the Haus Konstruktiv Museum, in co-operation with Ettore Gualtiero Robbiani. It presented previously unexhibited work and architectural models according to original plans. Over 150 works were on display, documenting Lazar Khidekel's development from Cubo-Futurism to Suprematism, including his urban-development designs for a green city, which from today’s perspective seem foresighted, almost prophetic.

Exhibit Introduction by Dorothea Strauss, Director of the Haus Konstruktiv Museum: Russian Suprematism – a Foundation Stone of Art from the 20th and 21st Centuries.
