Татьяна Нешумова  - поэт, филолог, художник. Окончила филологический факультет Московского университета. Автор пяти книг стихов (последняя издана в Нью-Йорке в 2017 году), книги воспоминаний о детстве и юности. С 1988 года публиковалась в журналах «Юность», «Воздух», «Волга», «Носорог», «TextOnly», «Новое литературное обозрение», газете «Гуманитарный фонд» и др. Стихи переводились на английский и итальянский языки. Как филолог подготовила издания незаслуженно забытых в советское время поэтов: двухтомник Дмитрия Усова,  двухтомник Евгения Архиппова, книги Варвары Малахиевой-Мирович, Татьяны Галушко, дневник и воспоминания фотографа Льва Горнунга. Картины хранятся в частных и музейных собраниях России и за рубежом, прошли четыре персональных выставки в Москве и одна в Санкт-Петербурге.

Иван Ахметьев - поэт-минималист. До 1990 года участвовал в самиздате. Автор шести книг стихов (последняя издана в Москве в 2020 году). Стихи переводены на 16 языков; сборники изданы на румынском, сербском и французском языках. Является одним из составителей антологий «Самиздат века» (1997), «Поэзия второй половины XX века» (2002) и «Русские стихи 1950—2000 годов» (2010), а также куратором антологии неофициальной поэзии и раздела Павла Улитина на сайте «Русская виртуальная библиотека» (www.rvb.ru). Лауреат премии Андрея Белого (2013) в номинации «За заслуги перед русской литературой» и стипендиат фонда Иосифа Бродского (2019).

Дж. Кейтс - поэт, литературный переводчик, президент и содиректор Zephyr Press. Был награжден тремя стипендиями Национального фонда искусств, стипендией Совета по делам искусств Нью-Гэмпшира, премией Клиффа Беккера за перевод и премией переводчиков Кэпюля. Бывший президент Американской ассоциации литературных переводчиков, он является редактором переводов «Современной русской поэзии» и редактором «В тисках странных мыслей: русская поэзия в новую эру». В его переводах выходят стихи Михаила Айзенберга, Татьяны Щербиной, Генриха Сапгира, Сергея Стратановского, Михаила Еремина, Айгерим Тажи; он также является со-переводчиком шести книг латиноамериканской и испанской поэзии.

Юлия Немировская окончила филфак и аспирантуру филфака МГУ. Входила в группу поэтов “новой волны” (клуб “Поэзия”). В 1998-2019 год издала четыре книги стихов и прозы. Произведения публиковались в сборниках и журналах "Знамя," "Воздух," "Литературная газета," “Юность”, “"Новый берег," Литературное обозрение”, “Новые амазонки,” "Asymptote," “Glass-Glas,” "Two Waves," "Washington Square Review," “Literary Review,” и др. и переводились на французский, болгарский, шведский и английский языки. Пьесы ставились в России, Франции и США. Преподает литературу и является режиссером студенческого театра университетa штата Орегон (США).

Тatiana Neshumova - poet, philologist, artist. Graduated from the philological faculty of Moscow University. Author of five books of poetry (the last one published in New York in 2017). In 1988-2020, her work was published in the several collections, newspapers and magazines including "Yunost", "Vozdukh", "Volga", "Rhino", "TextOnly", "New Literary Review", "Humanities Fund," etc. Poems were translated into English and Italian. As a literary scholar, she prepared editions of undeservedly forgotten  poets of the Soviet era: a two-volume book of Dmitry Usov, a two-volume book of Yevgeny Arkhipov, books by Varvara Malakhieva-Mirovich, Tatiana Galushko, a diary and memoirs of photographer Lev Gornung. The paintings are kept in private collections and museums in Russia and abroad. Neshumova had four art exhibits of her work in Moscow and one in St. Petersburg.

Ivan Akhmetyev was born in 1950 in Moscow, where he lives and writes minimalist poetry. Until 1990, he participated in samizdat. He published six books of poetry, the last one in 2020. His poetry was translated into 16 languages including whole collections published in Romanian, Serbian, and French. Was one of the Editors of the anthologies "Samizdat of the Century" (1997), "Poetry of the 2nd half of the XX Century" (2002) and "Russian Poetry of 1950-2000" (2010). Curator of the Anthology of Unofficial Poetry and Pavel Ulitin's section on the Russian Virtual Library website (www.rvb.ru). Ivan Akhmetyev is the recipient of Andrey Bely Prize (2013) in the category "Service to Russian Literature" and the Fellow of Joseph Brodsky Foundation (2019).

J. Kates is a minor poet (in his own words), a literary translator and the president and co-director of Zephyr Press. He has been awarded three National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships, an Individual Artist Fellowship from the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts, the Cliff Becker Book Prize in Translation and a Käpylä Translation Prize. He has published three chapbooks of his own poems: Mappemonde (Oyster River Press) Metes and Bounds (Accents Publishing) and The Old Testament (Cold Hub Press) and a full book, The Briar Patch (Hobblebush Books). He is the translator of The Score of the Game  and An Offshoot of Sense (Tatiana Shcherbina); Say Thank You and Level with Us (Mikhail Aizenberg); When a Poet Sees a Chestnut Tree, Secret Wars, and I Have Invented Nothing (Jean-Pierre Rosnay); Corinthian Copper (Regina Derieva); Live by Fire (Aleksey Porvin); Thirty-nine Rooms (Nikolai Baitov); Psalms (Genrikh Sapgir); Muddy River (Sergey Stratanovsky); Selected Poems 1957-2009 (Mikhail Yeryomin); and Paper-thin Skin (Aigerim Tazhi). He is the translation editor of Contemporary Russian Poetry, and the editor of In the Grip of Strange Thoughts: Russian Poetry in a New Era.  A former president of the American Literary Translators Association, he is also the co-translator of six books of Latin American and Spanish poetry.

Julia Nemirovskaya graduated from Moscow State University (BA, 1986, PhD, 1991). In the 1980s, she was part of the “new wave” poetry group and member of Poetry Club. In 1998-2019, she published four books of poetry and prose. Her work is featured in various anthologies анд journals including "Yunost," "Novy Bereg," "Literaturnoe Obozrenie," "Novye Amazonki," "Asymptote," “Glass-Glas,” "Two Waves," "Washington Square Review," “Literary Review,” etc. Her poems and prose have been translated into French, Bulgarian, Swedish and English. Plays were staged in Russia, France and the US. Currently teaches Russian literature and is a student theater director at the University of Oregon (USA).
