"Emerging Artists" may submit images and biographies to be considered for inclusion here. We are proud to display the works of these artists on the RACC site.

The Russian American Cultural Center (RACC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in New York City in 1998.
Museum-level exhibitions dedicated to avant-garde, contemporary art and photography; collections, archive preservation, research and scientific publications and conferences; a wide range of cultural and literary events, as well as film festivals, expanding and enriching the New York art scene.
